WTF! Judicial Conduct Commissioner - JP Selwyn Hayworth - JCC has no Jurisdiction

Back in 2015 i chose to file a complaint against JP Selwyn Hayworth of North Shore District Court, this is the preverbial run around i was given, JCC have no jurisdiction over Justices of the Peace, just another layer of Gate-keeping to avoid any reverse liability for the daily criminal actions committed by those supposedly under an oath to act impartial and independent.
